In case the guarantee becomes effective for broken or missing parts and malformations in any part,
the buyer will have to resend the part by parcel, the shipping guide will be sent to your email which
was used to make the purchase and at the time of that the company receives the part PLARTE replacement
will be made.
The guarantee of plarte ends until you have the signature of delivery of the package or confirmation of
receipt of the package, with the exception of the guarantee of malformations,
